General Terms and Conditions
All reservations are subject to acceptance of the following terms:
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Booking Confirmation: Reservations require a 30% deposit to confirm the booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. If a guest cannot travel, a date change may be an option for 100 euros.
Cancellations / Refunds: Standard industry cancellation fees apply to all bookings: Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel after your deposit is received, the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be retained.
No Show: If you fail to arrive at the accommodation on the scheduled arrival date, it will be considered a no-show, the reservation will be canceled, and the deposit/balance will be forfeited.
Travel Insurance: Casa Florencia recommends that all guests purchase appropriate travel insurance. It is the guests’ responsibility to arrange their own travel insurance before traveling. Typically, this covers expenses arising from the inability to travel due to illness, death of the guest or a close relative, loss of luggage, flight cancellations, repatriation due to illness, and other provisions.
Non-Smoking Policy: All accommodations are non-smoking. Guests are kindly requested to smoke outside. A 200-euro fee applies for smoking indoors. This fee covers costs associated with removing tobacco smoke from furniture and bedding.
Credit Card Requirement for Damage/Security: A credit card number is required for damage/security purposes. Casa Florencia is authorized to deduct funds to cover the cost of additional/excess cleaning, damages, repairs, replacement of items, or any other breaches of these terms and conditions. Any additional charges will be applied to the guests’ credit card after departure.
Modifications: If a guest wishes to transfer their booking to another guest, a 100-euro administrative fee will apply. Casa Florencia reserves the right to approve changes to dates or primary guests.
